Admission Requirements for Students

Newcomers and Transferee

  1. Entrance Examination
  2. Interview
  3. Report Card (Form 138)
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  5. ACR and Student Permit (if foreign student)
  6. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  7. 2 copies 2x2 pictures (colored with white background)
  8. Long Sized Brown Envelope

There are four different modes of payment that parents can choose from:

Financial Aid to students in need on a case-to-case and first come - first-served basis (to be screened by a committee)

Entrance Scholar

  1. Valedictorian of Top 1, Salutatorian or Top 2 and First Honorable Mention or Top 3 public/private schools graduating with at least 50 pupils
  2. Passed the Entrance Examination.

The grant will be terminated for any of the following reasons

  • Grantee fails a level or is retained in the same year level.
  • Grantee drops for non-health reasons.
  • Grantee has not applied for an official leave and does not re-enroll the following school year.
